In order to have interaction viz-a-viz provision of information about facilities offered by the HGOs to the general public, it has been decided that all Tour Operators applying for Hajj 2010 must have its own website. The website must include following information of HGO:-

 

Ø      Website must be on the name of the company

Ø      Name and photograph of Chief Executive with all particulars and contacts (with E-mail)

Ø      Name and photograph of Directors along with their contacts.

Ø      Address of the Ministry alongwith all telephone numbers

Ø      Introduction of the Company

Ø      Details of the staff of the company

Ø      Display of enrollment certificate of the Ministry

Ø      Latest Form – 29 of the company

Ø      Latest Form – 21 of the company

Ø      Details of quota of previous years

Ø      Details of Hajj should be separate from Umrah

Ø      Facilities offered in detail

Ø      Details of package(s) offered (in clear terms)

Ø      Brochure of the company, if any

Ø      A link to interact with Chief Executive of the company

Ø      Contact of the company in Saudi Arabia

Ø      Contact numbers of Ministry
