All the HGO are required to fill the proforma and
send (hardcopy) to SO (HP-II) and AO(HA-II).
How to Submit the Proforma Electronically:
Download the proforma to your computer and rename the file as (Enrollment No.)
For example 1101, 2101 or 3101, etc. Now fill up. and email this proforma
to
hgodata2009@gmail.com with
subject as
HGO Data pretaining to ENROLLMENT NO ........
